The Cholesterol Hoax: Unveiling the Hidden Truth

The Cholesterol Hoax: Unveiling the Hidden Truth

The Cholesterol Hoax Courtesy Of The By Medical Industry

Updated July 8, 2024

The media, the medical and drug sector, the food industry, and many others have teamed up to sell the herd lies. And like lab rats, the groups believe they are being force-fed; instead of taking a few seconds to do a straightforward thing, they do nothing but swallow the blue pill they have been given instead of questioning everything. A simple question leads to some research, and research provides alternative viewpoints. A brain that is not exercised is a worthless instrument, and the longer it is not used, the more useless it becomes.

We stated several times before that the war against cholesterol was total rubbish. Cholesterol is good; it’s a healing agent, and when levels are high, it tries to protect the organism from allergenic or inflammatory agents. Like the drug industry once fooled people into believing eggs were rotten for health, they continue to pump the nonsense that cholesterol is wrong when there is no objective, credible evidence to support this claim. If you read the research studies they cite, you will find that, at the very best, they are employing faulty logic or downright lying to support these wild assertions.

The Real Danger Is In Consuming so-called Beneficial Oils.

The real danger is the crap they call beneficial oils that they are trying to push the public to buy, and like lab rats, the masses willingly oblige.  Any form of seed oil (other than Coconut and olive oil when pure) is dangerous to your health.  Butter is also perfect and can be used as an oil substitute.  Do your research on the importance of PUFA and seed oils. PUFA equals polyunsaturated fats.   Fish oils also fall into this dangerous category. What you think you know could very well end up hurting you seriously.

To make things look good, they have created outlets such as Prevention magazine and a host of other publications (many of them operating as non-profit) whose sole purpose is disinformation.  It creates the illusion of good versus evil if they can make it look like the drug industry versus the so-called toxic health industry. Thus, one group can be sold drugs and the other so-called healing agents, which are just as dangerous. The end game is to have a host of sick patients line up for treatment.

Dr Uffe Has Debunked The High Cholesterol Myth

Dr Uffe has debunked the crap the medical industry pushes out regarding cholesterol. He has published numerous books, and the link below clearly illustrates how cholesterol is good for you and that higher levels are associated with a longer lifespan as you age.

https://www.google.com/?gws_rd=ssl#q=uffe+ravnskov

The second link takes you to Dr Uffe Ravnsov’s website, which contains helpful information. Again, this directly confirms our assertion that those at the top look at the masses as nothing but a good source of cannon fodder, and why not? The groups are gullible and stupid; they fall for the same ploy repeatedly, regardless of whether it comes to learning the world’s natural history, investing or regarding their health and welfare.  This will never stop; the only thing you can control is ensuring you are not part of the herd. The masses never have and will never win; they only stand any chance of moving up the rung if they change their thinking. To the early bird comes the worm; to the late bird, if lucky, the crap; otherwise, it is more likely to get shot.

We Conducted a 16-week experiment, and the results were quite astounding.

A small experiment was conducted with several associates and a couple of TI members, including myself.  Everyone consumed at least ten eggs a week ( I consumed an average of 16 a week. However, the eggs were from free-range chickens. Do not confuse these with organic chicken eggs, which are also junk. Free-range chickens eat worms, etc. and whatever they can find as opposed to diets high in seeds that are full of PUFA’s), enormous amounts of butter, significant quantities of sugar in the form of fruits and sucrose, and sucrose was used when drinking coffee, tea, etc.

Saturated Fats are not bad for you.

Additionally, we consumed at least 3 cups of regular coffee a day.  After three and six-month intervals, we had our blood examined, and in every case, there was a marked improvement in the lab work.  On all counts, every group member had blood work that fell into the good or excellent category.

Liver function improved in almost everyone, and weight loss without dieting (the only thing that was eliminated was starch, mainly bread and pasta, but we compensated for this in terms of calories by consuming even more significant amounts of regular milk and cheese, fruits, chocolates, ice cream), no heavy exercise was done, only moderate exercise such as walking or swimming or bicycling short distances.

We will continue eating for an indefinite amount of time as we feel energised in every sense of the word.  If you have no issue with blood sugar, the best starch to consume is potatoes, and the second best is rice. Adding coconut oil or butter would be the best option.

Wrong Starches can be more harmful than Saturated Fats

In terms of bread, we found out that the allergenic effect of wheat could be significantly reduced if sourdough was used to make the bread. Still, the dough had to be left for 7-10 hours to cure (overnight was even better) and not the 20-30 minutes used to produce today’s commercial sourdough bread.

Regarding chocolates and ice cream, we made sure that they contained no corn syrup or glucose syrup, the new name, and that agents of deception were used to sell corn syrup. Also, we tried to consume products with as few ingredients as possible. Regarding Ice cream, Hagen Daz is a good option as it usually contains milk, cream, sugar, and nothing more unless you start to eat some of the most exotic flavours.

Corn syrup should be avoided like the plague

The same rule applies to carrageenan.

Diabetics are sold a lie when they are told to eat whole grains and avoid sugar. We have found out by working with a small group of individuals who had sugar problems (and using research that documented similar results) that consuming large amounts of sugar, especially in the form of fructose (fructose from fruits and not High corn fructose, which is full of starch) improved blood sugar readings significantly. This is especially true if starch and whole grains are eliminated from the diet.  Conduct your research, and don’t take anything for granted.  You will find that most medical claims regarding cholesterol have no solid foundation.

Think out of the box and think for yourself.

The sample group for this test was tiny and not a double-blind study. Then again, we are not trying to conduct a study or convince anyone. While our experiment provides anecdotal evidence, current research supports these claims. The medical community is hell-bent on demonizing cholesterol while promoting crappy oils.  One can choose to put this information to use or discard it; the choice is yours.

Conclusion:

The cholesterol narrative pushed by the medical industry is a prime example of mass psychology and lemming behaviour at work. The herd, conditioned to trust authority without question, has swallowed the “cholesterol is bad” pill hook, line, and sinker. This blind acceptance demonstrates how easily large groups can be manipulated when critical thinking is abandoned.

Out-of-the-box thinkers like Dr. Uffe Ravnskov have challenged this dogma, presenting evidence that higher cholesterol levels are associated with longevity. While not definitive, our small-scale experiment adds to the growing body of anecdotal evidence questioning the cholesterol hypothesis.

The real danger, it seems, lies not in cholesterol but in the industry’s very “heart-healthy” alternatives—seed oils high in PUFAs. This bait-and-switch tactic keeps the public focused on a false enemy while introducing genuinely harmful substances into their diets.

The cholesterol myth exemplifies how industries can collaborate to create and maintain a profitable narrative, regardless of its veracity. From “health” magazines to non-profit organizations, a web of misinformation sources reinforces this narrative, making it difficult for the average person to discern truth from fiction.

This situation calls for a radical shift in how we approach health information. Instead of passively accepting what we’re told, we must cultivate scepticism, seek out alternative viewpoints, and be willing to challenge established norms. The cholesterol hoax serves as a stark reminder that blindly following the herd can lead us off a cliff in matters of health.

Ultimately, this is not just about cholesterol. It’s about reclaiming our autonomy in health decisions, questioning authority, and recognizing that sometimes, the most dangerous lies are those universally accepted truths. As we move forward, let’s embrace the mindset of the “early bird” – proactive, questioning, and always seeking the truth, no matter how unconventional it may seem.

Great article! I have lost 20 kg & improved liver function by eating 100 g butter every day, eggs, avocado and moderate protein. I eat no bread, rice or spuds and eat low carb vegetables. Low Carb High Fat. Christine Cronau website.

When margarine is left in a garage uncovered, indefinitely, it doesn’t attract any bugs. Why? Because margarine is ONE molecule away from being plastic. So keep putting plastic into your body. Natural selection works for me.

Tactical Investor

You are absolutely correct. Margarine is something that should be avoided like the plague.

I am Diabetic and I have been trying to eat more fat because I have heard that some fat is good for you. I have found that I feel better and I have more energy. I eat whatever I want and always have. The “experts” change their minds like the weather. One week “it’s” the best thing since the wheel and the next week “it’ll” kill you. Everything in moderation!
