George Soros and other rich liberals who spent tens of millions of dollars trying to elect Hillary Clinton are gathering in Washington for a three-day, closed-door meeting to retool the big-money left to fight back against Donald Trump.

The conference, which kicked off Sunday night at Washington’s pricey Mandarin Oriental Hotel, is sponsored by the influential Democracy Alliance donor club, and will include appearances by leaders of most leading unions and liberal groups, as well as darlings of the left such as House Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi, Sen. Elizabeth Warren and Congressional Progressive Caucus co-chairman Keith Ellison, according to an agenda and other documents obtained by POLITICO.

The meeting is the first major gathering of the institutional left since Trump’s shocking victory over Hillary Clinton in last week’s presidential election, and, if the agenda is any indication, liberals plan full-on trench warfare against Trump from Day One. It’s not easy to resist the threats and the hysteria that surrounds us, but we must do, as fear is the greatest danger to open society. Open societies are always endangered. This is especially true of America and Europe today, as a result of the terrorist attacks in Paris and elsewhere, and the way that America and Europe, particularly France, have reacted to them.

Jihadi terrorist groups such as Islamic State and al-Qaida have discovered the Achilles heel of our western societies: the fear of death. Through horrific attacks and macabre videos, the publicists of Isis magnify this fear, leading otherwise sensible people in hitherto open societies to abandon their reason. Scientists have discovered that emotion is an essential component of human reasoning. That discovery explains why jihadi terrorism poses such a potent threat to our societies: the fear of death leads us and our leaders to think – and then behave – irrationally.

Science merely confirms what experience has long shown: when we are afraid for our lives, emotions take hold of our thoughts and actions, and we find it difficult to make rational judgments. Fear activates an older, more primitive part of the brain than that which formulates and sustains the abstract values and principles of an open society. The open society is thus always at risk from the threat posed by our response to fear. A generation that has inherited an open society from its parents will not understand what is required to maintain it until it has been tested and learns to keep fear from corrupting reason. Jihadi terrorism is only the latest example. The fear of nuclear war tested the last generation, and the fear of communism and fascism tested my generation.

The jihadi terrorists’ ultimate goal is to convince Muslim youth worldwide that there is no alternative to terrorism. And terrorist attacks are the way to achieve that goal because the fear of death will awaken and magnify the latent anti-Muslim sentiments in Europe and America, inducing the non-Muslim population to treat all Muslims as potential attackers.

And that is exactly what is happening. The hysterical anti-Muslim reaction to terrorism is generating fear and resentment among Muslims living in Europe and America. The older generation reacts with fear, the younger one with resentment; the result is a breeding ground for potential terrorists. This is a mutually reinforcing, reflexive process. Full Story

The liberals and leftists who are the real instigators of violence need to Zip it and move along. Stop the rioting and go back to your normal lives. It’s time to prepare for bigger issues, but small minds can’t see the bigger picture. Like spoilt brats, they whine and throw tantrums because things did not pan out as they expected. Change is in the works, and you can either get on board or be run down by it.

Evil Soros thinks by attacking Trump and pandering to the leftists that he is going to bring about change; this is exactly what helped push Trump higher. What these idiots fail to understand is that the more they attack Trump and his followers, the stronger Trump becomes. Instead of throwing childish tantrums they should be embracing the election results. By not accepting the results they are proving to the world that they are nothing but a bunch of lying hypocrites. If Trump’s followers had rioted in the same manner, all hell would have broken loose. What is interesting is that Closet Terrorist Obama is doing nothing to stop the rioting. Neither is crooked Hillary, which merely reinforces the theme that Washington is run by a bunch of crooked snakes.

George Soros should think about looking for a new home; if the Justice Department states to investigate this lizard they will surely find a huge closet full of skeletons.
