There are similarities between Trump’s and Ronald Reagan’s agendas, particularly their pro-growth policies. During Reagan’s presidency, unemployment dropped from 7.5% to 5.4%, while GDP growth averaged 3.8% annually. Inflation was also reduced to 3.7%, with an average of 4.4% during his eight-year term. Reagan’s tax cuts played a significant role in this growth, including a decrease in the top income tax rate from 70% to 28% and a reduction in corporate taxes from 48% to 34%.

Consider the following news stories from the past few weeks:
- MSNBC’s Tur suggests Trump will be responsible for ‘suspicious deaths’ of journalists
- ‘Leftist Fight Club’ trains UCF students to fight Republicans
- In their own words: Anti-Trump ‘resistance’ leaders say they want to make America ‘ungovernable’
- Fearing for their safety, Bay Area conservatives meet in secret
- Unhinged, foul-mouthed NYU professor demands police assault, conservative speaker
- UC Berkeley cancels Milo event after violent protests
- Violent leftists now targeting children: Antifa threatens young daughter of pro-Trump journalist
What’s the common theme among these stories? They demonstrate how the left has escalated to unprecedented violence and hysteria. USNews observed that the Democrats are struggling to keep up with their criticism of Trump, leading some to question whether their constant opposition hinders a clear message. In other words, the left has gone insane, portraying Trump as an evil villain with superhuman powers bent on destroying the world. This irrationality drives many Americans towards extreme anger, victimhood, depression, addiction, and even suicide. Is this what healthy opposition looks like? Full Story
Aggressive Language and the Left
In January, something happened. By May, a play was written. In June, the people went to the polls, and a nation awoke, wondering who their partner really was. With one in five Relate councillors working with couples fighting over Brexit, it’s clear that times are interesting. The left’s hate has been exposed, and the bigotry within the Brotherhood of Man is surprising. Democracy has uncovered hate, but not from the British towards foreigners, rather from liberals towards the masses. Full Story
