I eat a mostly red meat-based diet (doubt you do

Also, I got a much bigger, better monitor!
Lastly, I look at far away objects for at least 15 minutes twice a day
Anyway all three of those got me out of the woods, took about three months. Not sure if I need to do more or if this will work for you.

Good to hear from you. Hope things are good for your family and yourself during these nutty times.
Yeh, I use eye drops as well. Also use an eye cover mask at night (mostly to help sleep better), but the one you posted a link to has additional features - definitely going to order it and give it a try.
I try to look into the distance too several times a day, but have not been disciplined with this practice like you have - 15 minutes twice a day sounds like a lot, but I will try this as well (probably combine it with one of my Breathwork practices).
I almost always have my monitor on max. "night" settings, i.e. mostly red light, little blue, except when I am trying to figure out Sol's charts, lol.
Diets: actually, I love red meat. But I also love fruits, rice, pasta, junk foods, alcohol, etc. I probably eat "clean" 60 -70%, at best. The evidence around the Carnivore diet is fairly convincing, and I plan to try it at some point; from what I remember, Jordan Peterson and Joe Rogan have all experienced good results from this diet.
5. Part of the reason I am not super-motivated to try any extreme diets at the moment is that I have found that over the years, intermittent fasting combined with eating "reasonably" 60 to 70% of the time achieves most of my health goals. Then it's just a matter of getting decent sleep and exercising. I love to exercise and train so the fitness aspect of health comes fairly easily to me.
Thanks for the links, it's "very useful data," as Sol would say, lol. I'll post an excerpt of what you sent me on the forum - I am assuming you won't mind.
