Yes Sol, hens and their eggs. There is so much to tell about these animals. I think and I tell you loud, buying hens, and giving them a good natural environment, if you have a ground, its one of the best investment for a tactical investor !!!!!!

Funny, we had a large garden growing up, we had 4 apple trees, one eater and 3 cooker, I used to pick an apple straight from the tree and bite into it and once saw majots in the centre so learnt to look over the apple first and if there was a whole, take a bite and spit it out in my hand making sure I had got all the bad stuff before tucking in fully. We had all kinds of vegetables and fruit and I love the idea of home grown food. You should eat the maggots in the center of those apples ... they will make you stronger, like real man. Better than maggots and probably much tastier are a grasshopper, the light green kind. I was in Kenya I think i forget now when I stopped at a place and saw these guys roasting grasshoppers as you would a piece of meat. They saw me looking at said I should try one that they tasted like saltines crackers. Being the courageous type I said what the hell and tried it. The beneficial effects of melatonin as an antioxidant have been profusely documented in the literature. In the particular case of its protection against oxidative DNA damage, the evidence gathered so far clearly indicates that melatonin is an astonishingly versatile molecule in this context. It can offer both direct and indirect protection against a wide variety of damaging agents and through multiple pathways, which may (or may not) take place simultaneously.

You can mimic or even get better results than melatonin by taking a combo of Magnesium, glycine, L-tryptophan, L- Theanine and if you want even extra Cardiac protection, through in L-carnitine.
I still feel Melatonin leans towards a stress-based hormone, and if one uses it for more than two weeks, your brain gets used to it, so you might have to up the dosage.
I think there is a vast difference between naturally occurring Melatonin and the one that is consumed as a supplement.
On L-Carnitine

On the subject of melatonin, do you think it worthwhile taking as a supplement to sleep better (over a limited time, to do a sort of reset)?
It has been suggested, I haven't tried it because in general I don't like the idea of supplements, especially artificial ones.

calisthenics parks, I was forbidden to train in the gym without vaccinepass. In the negative, you always have
positive. Never ever, I will go back to train indoors in the gym. And I sleep better than before.
