Chechen leader Kadyrov vows to conquer all of Ukraine
"I give you my word, we will attack them every day, and every day we will destroy them," he declared. "We will not take these devils, we will not take prisoners, we will burn them. We will not stop anywhere. Our territory is not [just] Zaporozhye, not [just] Kherson. Our territory is Odessa, Kiev, Kharkov, all the regions. And the whole Ukraine is our territory, Russian territory. And who does not understand this, must understand it now."

"I don’t understand those who don’t see the obvious — they want to break our Motherland into pieces, humiliate, trample in the dirt and, in the end, defile our faith and culture so that we don’t have any identity and not a single family value. I use the word 'Satanism' for a reason. Indeed, there, in the West, Satanism is openly acting against Russia. Satanic democracy is when the rights of atheists are protected, but believers are offended. Or when traditional couples are deprived of children and transferred to same-sex families. Intentionally same-sex, not by chance," he said. "The more liberated the topic 'below the belt', the better for them. And I see degradation and Satanism in this. And I'd rather fight it in the bud there than let this abomination envelop our Motherland here."

It's a bit worrisome when a psychopath - by mainstream standards - like Kadyrov says something that kind of makes sense.

I don't know. I'm old enough to remember when Russia was fighting the Chechens and they were the evil ones. I don't doubt any of that was said but I might doubt it's sincerity. War and terrorism is good for business. I remember when when Russia was looking for any excuse to get the hell out of that war and if I remember correctly the USA obliged

I am not sure why you used the word, 'Jihad'. I don't think muslims believe in Satan like Christians do. But, I do believe Kadyrov is very accurate in his statement about the abominable things going on in America right now.

Yeh, true dat.

I didn't follow the Russian-Chechen conflict at the time, but my understanding is that Putin generated a false flag attack or two on his own people that was blamed on the Chechens in order to justify the war.

There are no saints in this business.

Kadyrov (a "strong man") was put in power by the Kremlin to keep peace ( subjugate dissidents of Russia) in Chechnya. Just recently Ukraine blew up a school in annexed land, with a bunch (few dozen?) of Chechens; hence the Jihad.

China's 'Wartime Cabinet' Is Complete: What Xi Jinping's Loyalists Mean For US Stocks, Investing, Chip Sector, Taiwan
by Natan Ponieman, Benzinga Editor
October 25, 2022 10:23 AM | 6 min read

Xi Jinping has been confirmed for a third five-year mandate as Chinese Communist Party general secretary.

The news sent shockwaves across China’s stock market. In one day, the country's domestic equity market saw foreign investors pull out more than $2.5 billion.

Financially-savvy members of the previous committees were removed in favor of military-oriented officials.

Today’s 10-20% crash in Chinese shares is just the beginning of the destruction of western capital invested in Chinese companies,” Bass wrote.

Xi seemingly spoke out of both sides of his mouth in a speech last week that China wants "peaceful reunification" with Taiwan, yet "will never promise to give up the use of force and reserve the option to take all necessary measures."

I believe Xi's focus is to weed out pro-western officials.

Chatting to a senior military friend a few days ago, I mentioned Ukraine and got the response: "No one's talking of Ukraine now, it's all about China." In hindsight, found that an illuminating comment given the sudden media blitz that all thing Chinese are as bad if not worse than Russia.

When you hear a lot of noise in the Western media, something is happening that they don't like, and this movement has gained traction since 2020. It has come to the point where you are better off getting your news from Al Jazeera or some unknown newspaper in a small country than any commercial western source.

The government consists of a gang of men exactly like you and me. They have, taking one with another, no special talent for the business of government; they have only a talent for getting and holding office. Their principal device to that end is to search out groups who pant and pine for something they can't get and to promise to give it to them. Nine times out of ten that promise is worth nothing. The tenth time is made good by looting A to satisfy B. In other words, government is a broker in pillage, and every election is sort of an advance auction sale of stolen goods.

Oh my! You gotta larf.

I'm waiting for Gates to tell us to stop eating the cows but rather adopt the Indian model and burn the cow pats. That'll not fly - cows give off methane and the cow pats particulates will destroy the environment. They need to be working on a methane scrubber for cows and clean burning cow pats. Hmm.

Therein lies the rub, imagine if energy were really cheap, then by default, everything would drop in price and almost everyone that wanted to work would be able to live a decent life. It was kind of like this once upon a time. However, if you want to rob the masses and print money left right, and center, you have to lock the masses in a loop of worry and anxiety. You have to create a situation where they have to fight just to survive and or make ends meet. In this state, critical thinking is abandoned and all the resources are directed toward trying to create a better tomorrow. This is ironic because the less these individuals think, the worse the situation gets, so they are stuck in a never-ending loop of trying to engender a tomorrow that's better but they don't do anything to help create a better today. Why? They are too busy trying to make ends meet today and have no energy or will to examine what is going on around them due to their current plight. One of the key aspects of being a critical thinker is not to be in a state of anxiety or stress for prolonged periods. Prolonged stress not only destroys the ability to think critically it also increases one's odds of entering into a state of "learned helplessness"

In other words in trying to survive today or make ends meet, while hoping for a better tomorrow, they are in fact ensuring that nothing will ever improve. This has probably been the game plan of the PTB all along
