I thought about not posting this, because it's in French and to understand all the implications one has to understand not only French but also some of the obscure corners of the hideous French tax system.

However, I think the message is clear enough, and some key words are the same in English.

Les Inconnus was a trio French sketch group from the 1990s. This is a song in the style of Rap, the main play on words being that "raper" means to scrape, so they are stating that whatever you earn from whatever source, they will 'scrape' some of it for themselves.
