I submitted my opinion. Unbelievable that they are trying to create regulations to make the wealthy wealthier, and eliminate the middle class.
They have been killing the middle class since 9/11. The main outcome of that event was to increase regulations and start testing out the now weaponized concept of polarisation. After 2008, the speed increased. A lot of individuals that have money, say in the 3-100 million range, are still sardines and assume that they won't be affected. They will, the goal is to make less than 1% control over 99%

Leveraged ETFs were created before the advent of Robinhood and FeeFree trading. I can agree with the regulators that for 99% of masses it is a bad tool, equivalent to handing a toddler a weapon. However, removing it doesn't change the fundamental issue that this toddler will never actually grow.

Proshares sent notice via Fidelity. Can't get to the page to comment, presumably because I'm in Russia.

These regulators should be thrown into the gulag, absolutely worthless scum
More and more nails in the coffin of the USA. in less than 10 years, there will be a system in place that will challenge the US stock-based system. We suspect it will be a combo of Russian and some Asian countries, possibly China.
The guys in charge right now are all theoretical experts. In theory, they know everything, in practice virtually nothing.
Look even Indonesia stood up to the USA refusing to deny Russia entry into the G20 meeting

I think Robinhood and other platforms have made trading more mainstream for the average individual, which I see as beneficial. Why let only the wealthy get wealthier?

The truly powerful hate you. You are sub-human and they wouldn't stop to piss on you if you were on fire.

Yes they've started a revolution, but as Sol says the masses need to be slaughtered so my overwhelming feeling is its actually detrimental to your average Joe.
1. They've awoken too many wolves and it's time to castrate there growth potential.
or
2. They don't want the poor to be too poor that they stop investing/trying.
My bet is on 2 gotta milk the sheep's for as long as possible b4 eating them whole
