Has anyone had issues with TD Ameritrade? I ask this because a subscriber states that on March 16. he did an ACH. when the ACH was completed his balance reflected a 9K change. Let's assume it was 200, it showed as 209K, but the next day it looked like there was almost nothing added. When he called they stated that everything was in order. However, he states that today the account should be up another 4K so officially according to him he should have 213, but it is around 205
Either he made a mistake or he might have had options or stocks with wide margins that artificially inflated the account value. TD credits the account even though the funds take 2-3 days to clear
TD reps and the margin dept claim that everything is in order
Has anyone experienced anything like this before?
