I wanted to ask if anyone eats Sprouted Wheat, or other types of sprouted grains, such as Rye, Buckwheat?
I've never been convinced Wheat is inherently bad, but more to do with the refining process which destroys much of the nutrients, the preservatives and agents added (if the microbes don't like the preservatives, then what do the microbes in your gut make of it), and also the Wheat we consume today, may be too genetically dissimilar to what Humans ate in ancient times. Whether the latter has any weight is difficult to determine.
Also, it is now fashionable to be Gluten intolerant.

Sprouted Wheat is wheat which has been germinated, which means the Phytates have been broken down, and the nutrients are available to combine with the soil to grow. Therefore, consuming it means you digest more of the nutrients, and easier on the digestion process, too, in the same way soaking lentils for 12/24hrs before cooking.
I've been eating for a few days. It is not bloating like the Wheat you find in the supermarket, and I notice my sleep is much more deeper. Apparently, it contains large amounts of GABA, an inhibitory neurotransmitter, which is also a precursor to HGH.
As for Taste, much sweeter than unsprouted wheat. The sprouting turns the starches into sugars. More protein dense, too.
