Oil Pulling. What it is and potential benefits

Post by SOL »

The next topic is Oil pulling. I was put onto it by a friend that is at least 20 years older than I about 10 years ago. First, i thought it was total B.S. However. I never pass judgment until i test the concept at hand. So i swished coconut oil in my mouth for roughly 15 minutes. The first thing I noticed was that I felt like had just gone to the hygenist. you know that clean feeling you have after your teeth are cleaned, minus the pain. The next thing I noticed was my tongue was pinker. So I was sold onto it after it. I use coconut oil but one can use olive oil also. Before starting this i did a test for bacteria and then five days later, bacteria count which was already quite low dropped by almost 60%

Yesterday I chewed some eclipse gum to freshen my breath. I'm normally not a gun guy but I noticed that my teeth felt a lot cleaner after about 1/2 hour of chewing. I think the stickiness loosens some particles.
Current atmospheric levels of CO2 (400ppm) are much lower than 500 million years ago (3000-9000ppm).

I started oil pulling about 6 months ago, and my dentist check up last month was my best in over a decade. My persistent gingivitis is basically cleared up, and even a tender spot felt when flossing at a base of a tooth that felt like a cavity forming is resolving itself.

I also add 5 drops of tea tree oil to my tablespoon of coconut oil, and don't time it just spit it out once it's less oily and more watery feeling, and tastes like crap due to the things it's pulled out.

I've done it for two days now and feel great. Preliminary results promising.

Ditto.
Yesterday morning, first time after eating popcorn the night before. Surprised how many popcorn "bits" came out. I know dentists eschew popcorn, but I like it.

I will keep posting more information slowly on various protocols that I have tried and that have worked Like Mumio, Oil pulling, Pinhole glasses, various shots that I have tested (solcoserly, Cererbrolysin), etc. With group input, we can possibly come up with a protocol that improves the quality of life significantly.

I have just been testing homemade yoghurt. First I used a regular stainless steel container, yoghurt came out sour, then I used bamboo cups, the result was much better. However, when I used clay pots the results were incredible. And the quality of the yoghurt is at least 100% better than the best organic yoghurt I have tried so far. I use raw milk and I started with several cultures greek, Russian, Mongolian then I mixed all of them. Now I only use the original yoghurt to make new yoghurt. In just 18 days the quality has improved dramatically and my stomach, gut area feel like they have been rejuvenated. I think that the bacteria is dead or dying when you buy store yoghurt or the quality is not that great.

I did oil pulling yesterday and it didn’t leave a bad aftertaste at all. Feels good too. I’m gonna do it regularly.. thanks for recommending this!

Oil pulling will do the job of freshening one's breath even better with a host of additional benefits.

I like this response - you didn't lower yourself to TT's level with his obvious attempt to mock that which he does not understand. Let the haters hate ...

A True believer of science mocks nothing until they test the principle at hand and time and time again I have found that when i put aside my scepticism and test the principle at hand it tends to work. So even if i think or believe it will not work i won't render judgement until I have tested it. Those that talk big without testing are wankers

No wonder you need those pinhole glasses!

The hand gesture is more often up and down. The word was often used by a friend of mine from Sri Lanka and, therefore, was pronounced "vanker" to the amusement of all.
