Have you done too much bridges? if you practice one posture too much, dont forget to practice the counter posture. The bridge is very intense for the spine, and be careful with your spine, soldier. Dont forget it, the spine is the link, the yug, the yoke, le joug, its the yoga, the tree of life.
Always practice uttanasana after chakrasana. And at the same time, its also a half inversed posture, very good for your head and your brains, eveybody needs to practice inversed postures.

Lol, another TIT sub emailed me with some information regarding back injuries.

My first back injury occurred about a month ago - not too serious, but nagging, getting better slowly.

I got impatient with the warm-up, then did too many one-handed kettlebell swings consecutively. Then I continued with a long back bridge, which hurt a bit, but I ignored the pain, continued, and eventually fell out of the position and slammed my back on the floor. I also train on hard ground - no mats. The pain was pretty bad, but I thought it would go away, so I continued to train with Indian clubs, etc., until I couldn't any more.

Yes, no back bridges or KB swings for a while, but my TGU is recovering slowly.

Aspirin the pure type is good (believe it or not, the aspirin for dogs in the US is of much higher quality than the ones for humans). Aspirin is an incredible anti-inflammatory medication with almost zero side effects unless you have some allergies to it or go overboard. I take at least 500mg a day but cycle on and off it just for the anti-inflammation benefits.

Acupuncture is also very good for back pains, but you need to find a good therapist as there are a lot of fools out there. Doing mild stretching exercises in the pool or swimming gently can also help. But more importantly, any hard exercise other than mild stretching should be avoided until the area has healed. Scorpions tend to go to extremes and eventually their hard shell of protection can crack and the fall can be very hard.

Anything extreme is bad, think of it as Euphoria or panic. Even water can kill you if you drink too much of it

Definitely. The only thing I would add is that often, it's also near the extremes where one learns the most, or gets the most significant results - at the margins, once the individual has punched through self-perceived comfort zones. But there are certainly better ways to do this than overtraining.

There's a saying among SEALs, apparently, that when you think you have nothing left in the tank, physically or mentally, you still have about 40% left. Tapping in to that 40% is hard, very hard.

But as for my back injury, it was just impatience, overtraining, and sloppy training - lesson learned, I hope.

Lmao, very true, c'est vrai, c'est vrai ... the back injury was the first time my performance in the boudoir was slightly compromised, sadly.

But I've mostly recovered :).

Plus, I have a lot of these:

Since your testosterone levels are quite high with mumio , siberian ginseng and exercise, make sure you don't pitch a tent that does not want to go down. I remember one chap that wanted to play around with the blue pill and he had to get a shot of some relaxant as the tent remained pitched for several hours on end

@budge: indeed, I only lie and brag about things that matter, like boudoir stuff and how much crap I can eat at a single sitting. Actually, most of what I say about the latter is quite true.

@Sol: yeh, what you described sounds like priapism. In my former life, saw a few cases of this in the E.R. during internship/residency. Usually a funny story to go along with these cases ...

What Do Ukraine and Wuhan Have in Common?

Post by Cinnamon »

Campaigning politicians have always inflated their own importance and the benefits of the policies they espouse -- and exaggerated the perils of electing the other guy. It used to be the case that these self-aggrandizing stump speeches were tempered by a (mostly) diligent press that went out of its way to poke holes in those exaggerations and deflate egos with some sharply pointed facts. And Americans have historically trusted their elected leaders to tell the truth in matters of grave national importance.

No more. We are swimming in a cesspool of lies so fetid that it’s almost impossible to know what’s true anymore. This is a consequence of two political parties whose most visible and powerful members lie with impunity, and a national press that abandoned the pursuit of truth years ago in favor of pushing left-wing political propaganda.

Let’s take the current conflict between Russia and Ukraine. Is this nothing more than naked aggression by a larger country (Russia) run by an ex-KGB agent (President Vladimir Putin) who’s made no bones about wanting some (if not all) of the old Soviet territories back?

That’s the position being pushed by the Biden administration.

Putin, on the other hand, claims not only that parts (if not all) of Ukraine belong to Russia; he has intimated that the United States has been funding the development of possible biowarfare agents at laboratories in Ukraine, and that these pathogens could be used as weapons against Russia.

“In war, truth is the first casualty.”
When all of the TV networks, from CNN to FOX News, all the talking heads, from Joe Scarborough to Sean Hannity, all the Hollywood and entertainment figureheads and all the Christian Zionist evangelical leaders are regurgitating the same narrative—and condemning to Hell anyone who dares to challenge that narrative—I KNOW I am hearing propaganda.
The government of Ukraine is thoroughly corrupt. It is a Deep State vassal of money laundering, child trafficking, international criminal banking, etc. Zelensky is a Zionist toady for George Soros and the Western Deep State.
Several people who either live in Ukraine or have relatives living in Ukraine have testified as to how the Ukrainian military—especially the notorious Azov Battalion—is destroying their own cities and murdering their own citizens.
And it’s certainly not hard to figure out the motive. There are two obvious ones: 1) The Ukrainian military is taking revenge on Ukrainian civilians who are loyal or sympathetic to Russia, and 2) Ukrainian forces are creating death and destruction so as to affix blame on Russia and thereby goad the United States and NATO into war with Russia.
