Is PLL a buy?

Post by Triplethought »

with lithium batteries it seems like those plays are worth a shot. PLL down today
Current atmospheric levels of CO2 (400ppm) are much lower than 500 million years ago (3000-9000ppm).

Haven't looked into PLL, so won't comment, but I am keeping an eye on Quantumscape (QS).

My usual mildly insane, small-cap, high risk, high reward play. Haven't bought any, but may consider a virgin lot purchase around 17.09 or better.

Not financial advice.

Interestingly, was on Kitco and came across this interview with PLL CEO:

Also, a note on Yahoo that yesterday it formed a positive golden cross (for those that don't know, it's when the 50-day MA crosses it's 200 MA).

They supply to Tesla:

They did miss earnings last Q. Hmm. But I'd look to buy 64 and if lucky 57.

I own SQM and know another company I own for various precious metal coverage (Sibanye) was moving into the Li space last year. Will definitely keep an eye on PLL.

Yodean, I see Paul Mampilly has QS on his buy list. He issued a buy Nov 2 last year. He's down about 66%. Still a buy.

Could be bottoming on month not a lot of data but MACD turning up on week. Might be pulling back on day, MACD near a crossover. Support at 17.76
