Interesting gadgets that could help with health etc
Yodean here is the breathing machine I was talking about it's called Frolov's breathing machine or some variation of that. Very simple, but I know two individuals that used it and their blood pressure dropped from ultra-high to acceptable within two months and they stopped taking medications for BP. I use it more for stamina training and for keeping the lungs healthy

Just got an interesting gadget, a pulse oximeter. Made in China with (unsatisfactory to me) instructions in Russian. It measures pulse (no explanation necessary) saturation and volume. Instructions state saturation 95-99 is normal, <90 you might want to see a doctor. Volume, no good explanation for the readings. I've noticed readings varying from 1.1 to 7.2 I can vary with breathing. Maybe YoNinja, or another erudite would be so kind as to explain the readings, so as they aren't useless to me? BabySkyNet has so far failed to satisfy.

Thanks OoTB, but mine has a third reading, something about volume, maybe volume of blood in the measured tissue? How is this value helpful?

Scott don't take those gadgets too seriously. most of them are crap. Focus on some of the good stuff you have there like solocersyl and cerbrolysin. I took those intravenously and boy what a difference. Also, mumio which I take often and Siberian ginseng. Russia and Ukraine have some amazing products.
Check your liver enzymes also and see if they are in the normal range. A good liver goes a long way in keeping you healthy. I also do a lot of bag breathing to increase my co2 levels. Co2 is essential for good health, though too much like anything else can kill you lol

I don't take it seriously. My parasite son in law claims having covid twice, and now "can't breath". I think you know you can get almost any paper you want from doctors here. I bought the gadget at my wife's behest, the idea being if her son dares show up, I'll tell him "stick your finger in here... you're fine, get a job"
I take mumiyo daily, unless I forget. For my liver a glass of lemon water with ginger, and a glass of oat water daily. Sometimes do the sodium sulfate thing with lots of water to purge the plumbing.

A simple oximeter should do the trick. He can get COVID several times and be fine if he is under 60 and should be fine to go to work within 10 days and if something worse happens he won't be walking. I suspect he is probably under 40, so he is using this excuse to make you feel sorry but he is dealing with the wrong chap. A scorpion with a titanium shurikenscott wrote: ↑Sun Feb 20, 2022 7:38 am

You should be able to get this in Russia расторопши. Another good herb for the liver. I take it once or twice a year until the packet is over. I usually get it in powder form and just use a teaspoon to scoop it out and swallow it with water. for others that might be interested in it, It's English name is Milk Thistle

Amen. Not enough causes major distress. In a college physed class, we had a student hooked up to a machine that removed the CO2 from the air he was breathing, and he became more and more distressed, gasping for air. When he'd recovered, the prof ran the same experiment but removed just oxygen from the air and he calmly dozed off to sleep. Unfortunately, the prof stopped that experiment too soon and let the wanker live.

Along similar lines heard a pediatrician tell of a patient that was constantly stuffy and unable to breathe through his nose. Had him hold his breath and do a bunch of deep knee bends. Within no time, the boy was fine.

Brings to mind Navy SEALs, UDT, and I'm sure others have an oxygen re-breather that scrubs off Co2, and emits no bubbles. They cannot use it deeper than 30 feet, about 30 PSIA, 2 ATM. At that pressure the oxygen is considered "poisonous".Budge wrote: ↑Sun Feb 20, 2022 11:28 amAmen. Not enough causes major distress. Co2 is indeed essential often maybe several times a day when time permits breathe out of a bag. If I have a headache from looking at the computer too much or feel lethargic it's a sure wire way to fire me up. I am experimenting with increasing the co2 levels in a room but want to be careful with how I proceed. higher Co2 levels have been associated with a longer life as inflammation levels drop dramatically when blood co2 levels are higher. However, like anything that might be good for you too much can send you to the next dimensionscott wrote: ↑Sun Feb 20, 2022 12:57 pmBrings to mind Navy SEALs, UDT, and I'm sure others have an oxygen re-breather that scrubs off Co2, and emits no bubbles. Gosh, just seen this, earlier I found a YouTube video on a breathing technique which can reduce blood pressure and I tried it with instant result, amazing!SOL wrote: ↑Wed Sep 22, 2021 2:05 pm Yodean here is the breathing machine I was talking about it's called Frolov's breathing machine or some variation of that. This video provides some decent insights.

I have used salt therapy (NACL) with no iodine, Just pure salt and it does not have to organic or raw. The results were very good for one week I took 1/2 to 1 tsp of salt with orange juice or water after a meal. Then i kept lowering it to 4 times a week, 3 times a week and then twice a week. Then i stop for 1-2 months and start it again. Indirect benefit much to my surprise was a drop in blood pressure.

It's not exactly the same, but hanging has some of the same benefits (like spinal decompression), plus a bunch of others.
Even better, you could add in Stefk's headstands to hanging ...

@BossJedi: after our pho eating contest, we should also have a dead hang contest (loser is first to fall off tree branch, like little girl). Winner takes all.
