What R UR Rules for Buy and for Sell and do They Float?

Hi Folks

TI has encouraged us to have r own Buy/Sell rules. Would u be kind enuf to share your Rules or "Look At's" in making that final decision as to whether its time to Buy and whether its time to Sell a particular stock or etf taken from the Updates and how the pricing? So far my Rule has been just to follow the Updates' orders but am wrestling with ideas of New Rules. (hence asking for ur input)
The second part of the question is do ur Rules or "look ats" change with the type of markets we are in? and do u have Rules for changes and if so what are they.
The third part of the question - do u have a different set of Rules for Option trading and what are they?
Fourth part of the question - do u have a Rule for how much cash to carry and does that flex with the market conditions and if so how AND does that influence any of the other Rules and if so how?
