Interim Market Update Nov 19, 2021
Get ready for the COVID is going to kill everyone narrative to gain traction and this will give Tactical Investors another opportunity to buy top stocks at a discount. if they push this narrative hard enough, the markets might correct this year instead of next year. However, Patterns still indicate that any correction in 2021 will be minor in comparison to the one that takes hold in 2022. Be ready for the unexpected but remain cool, for once fear gains traction, logic and common sense go out the window and the only thing one can look forward to is despair and loss

I have learned after some hard lessons that Fear as TI puts is the code word for opportunity. So the harder the markets pullback the better. It will give me a chance to deploy some of my extra cash.

We all know that the COVID crash was engineered so as to give the Fed the green light to print as much as it so fit with the masses blessing. So maybe they might try to engineer another mini-crash earlier than originally projected. Chances for now of that occurring are below 50%.
Used cars are fetching a premium, so you could get a better deal when everyone is happy. Btw if you can find more cars that need work before they can be sold, it might an interesting side gig to consider. Most individuals know next to nothing when it comes to car repairs so get ripped off when they go to get repair shop. You know use those inflated prices to get a good deal when purchasing a car that needs work. Something to think about

Yeah, I don't need more projects
I haven't been able to find the time to slap some touch-up paint on rock chips, wash the windows, and vacuum the thing so I can take pictures and put it online.
It's a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, Turbo All-Whel-Drive with new tires, new brakes, only 5,000 miles on a brand new engine and a lifetime transferable warranty on the engine... I bet it'll sell in 48 hours or less for $14,500.

Well here's a thought. If your present car is better or would fetch more, why not sell it and use this one. When you make X amount of money in the market, buy a better car. Most people confuse want with needs. Wants are good because you can control them, but placing something in the Need area makes it almost impossible to control. The trick is to move as much as you can into the want category, which makes it easier to say hey I don't need that crapEric wrote: ↑Sat Nov 20, 2021 3:20 pm Yeah, I don't need more projects![]()

That one is too small for us. We need bigger vehicles for two car seats so I got the wife a $17,000 Grand Cherokee and I only paid $10,000 for my Lexus LS 460L because even though it's in fabulous condition and has really low miles it's also 14 years old.
Maybe some day I'll have the wherewithal to buy a new LS, but I'm quite happy with my old as dirt LS.
I got my $800 "backup" car (purchased brand new for $12,600 in 2004 and driven over 285,000 miles [459,000km] by me) out of the shed tonight. It started right up. I drove it out to the street, then backed up to the shed and let it run for an unknown but accidentally excessive amount of time before putting it away.

They've not quite finished scaring us shitless with C-19 dangers yet. From an Australian report:SOL wrote: ↑Fri Nov 19, 2021 2:30 pm Get ready for the COVID is going to kill everyone narrative to gain traction and this will give Tactical Investors another opportunity to buy top stocks at a discount. if they push this narrative hard enough, the markets might correct this year instead of next year. "At six months after COVID-19 critical illness, death and new disability was substantial. Over a third of survivors had new disability, which was widespread across all areas of functioning."
https://ccforum.biomedcentral.com/artic ... 21-03794-0
But they must continue to prove how safe and effective the jab is:
"COVID-19 vaccine recipients had lower non-COVID-19 death rates than people who weren’t vaccinated, according to Kaiser Permanente research published Oct. 22, 2021 in the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report.
“Despite numerous studies showing the safety of COVID-19 vaccines, some people have remained hesitant to get vaccinated,” said lead author Stanley Xu, PhD, of the Kaiser Permanente Southern California Department of Research & Evaluation. “This study provides reassurance that the vaccines are very safe, and, in fact, people who received COVID-19 vaccines in the United States had a lower death rate than those who didn’t, even if you don’t count COVID deaths.”
https://www.kp-scalresearch.org/new-stu ... ecipients/
This is helped by the CDC's "elastic" methods for definitions. For example, if anything adverse happens to you up until the two weeks after your final jab, you are categorised as unvaccinated. I expect that to be stretched to "x" days after booster one, or two, or....
Europe appears a bit more forthcoming:
EXCLUSIVE: European Medicines Agency Data Shows 1,163,356 Adverse Drug Reactions and 30,551 Fatalities by COVID-19 Vaccinations.

However, to your point Sol, I have seen an increase in mentions of the Nipah virus. It's only been around for a couple of decades, but I bet some wankers in Wuhan has been playing around with it. Bunch of tossers!

IN a major development which could have far-reaching consequences, a Hasidic rabbinical court in New York ruled on November 1 that it is ‘absolutely forbidden to administer the mRNA Covid-19 vaccine to children, adolescents, young men and women.
The court heard eight hours of testimony from experts shunned and demonised by Western governments including Dr Robert Malone, inventor of mRNA vaccines, and Thomas Renz, lead attorney for America’s Frontline Doctors suing the US Centers of Disease Control, President Joe Biden and Anthony Fauci. Jews injured by the vaccine also gave evidence.
The judges explained: ‘We also heard from doctors who invented and manufactured the mRNA, who testified as to its function (most doctors in medical practice are not experts in these matters at all, and from our experience and as is well‐known, they merely relate the information provided to them by the NIH, CDC, etc). They illustrated to us the profound danger and harm inherent in this new technology. They showed us how the governmental agencies and the pharmaceutical companies deny this fact, and how they conceal the data, making it so difficult for the public to realize the severe adverse reactions and mortalities that have befallen so many people who received the injection. We were also made privy to how they withhold the said information through various means, preventing the injuries and deaths from being publicized by the media or on the internet, as known.’
