Gained strength and lost a ton of bodyfat. What’s interesting is my calorie deficit has been the same at 1800 cals only difference is having my carbs be only fiber, fruits, veggies and the raw honey

It’s really eye opening. Going to see if I can push below 10 percent bodyfat and hit 7%. It’s always been a goal of mine which I failed for years except this year due to mumijo
I have am now taking the maximum dosage and combining Mumio with L-glutamine and L-Carnitine has increased my stamina even more. Energy levels are going through the roof, I feel almost obligated to do more physical work, push ups, digging and soon I will start punching a boxing bag. Mental clarity has also improved significantly.

Hey Sol, be careful with the max. shilajit dosing ... for me at least, too much shilajit leads to increased aggression, etc. Wouldn't want you to get yourself involved with too many unnecessary physical altercations in these polarizing times ... receiving a punch to the head could lead to a concussion, which may deleteriously affect your ability to see patterns in stocks, etc.

Hahaha, I agree but it's boosting my energy and stamina but not making me more aggressive. If it was I would taper. I also plan on cycling off. Take it for 4 weeks or so and then take a break for a week. I will then probably move to half or 75% of the current dosage.

I have been using Mumio now for almost three weeks, benefits are great. In terms of aggression i think it will only manifest if you are an aggressive person. I feel it increases my energy and I have not seen any increase in aggressive tendencies.

@MineralsNinja: all the asanas you taught me: the King, the Queen, the Prince, and the paschimottanasana, have improved with shilajit-mummio, and it seems also my wife is happier Saturday nights ...

Yes, this stuff works and I looked for the best of the best. I have been with the Tactical Investor on and of for 15 years and in all my adventures I have yet to find one person that has such a wide knowledge as Sol. I will have to tell you guys one day of the challenge I put SOL up to many moons for 1K. Long story short SOL defeated me with ease but refused to take to the 1K. It was at that moment I knew SOL was not motivated by money but by knowledge

3 weeks into using Mumio, 1 week into oil pulling, 5 months into VIT D at 15K IU. I can say I feel a lot better. I think the biggest contributor in terms of strength of focus has been mumio

Not only olive oil, but also olives, the fruit olive is very good, I admit I eat olives like a crazy, I can make a meal only with olives and cheese. Recently, I discovered by curiosity a good study. There are a lot of studies about olive oil, but not about the fruit olive. In fact there is only one serious study

https://immunityageing.biomedcentral.co ... 016-0067-y

Study with nocellara olives from Sicillia, I suppose its the same with other olives, but now I consume also nocellara olives, and they are succulent.

What they have discovered: olives is a nutraceutical food !!!!!

With all the positive effects of a nutraceutical food, they have also discoverd something of interest for all the badasses of the tactical community

Anthropometric measurements

""At T1, in analysed subjects the fat mass significantly decreased together to an increase of muscle mass (Table 1). The possible explanation could be linked to the capacity of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) to reduce the body fat levels [17]. This molecule is present both in EVOO and table olives, and can also be produced during their digestion. In experimental models, acting as signalling mediators, CLAs inhibit lipogenesis, increase fat oxidation, and reduce adipocytes size [18, 19].""

It will say, the guys and girls of the study lost fat and made muscles only by adding twelve olives per day in their food. Without special physical training !!!!! crazy, dont you find ?

I admit, without bragging, I am not fat, but I like physical training. So, I am not a good example for this study. But maybe, for the sedentary people here, something of interest for you.......

Going to try C60, apparently it’s a good anti oxidant and good for joints along with other health benefits
