When any natural remedy, supplement, visualization, or prayer manages to cure a case of amputation I will be very impressed. I think "healing cavities" that already exist (short of drilling em out and filling em) would be right up there close with healing an amputation in my book for being very impressive.
Just try some shilajit or rhodiola for a week or two. You'll be a different animal, a better one. Those supplements also amplify cognitive function. If they don't work for you, you haven't lost anything. Your girlfriend will likely also benefit.

@hooligan
Glad you did all this but it might be helpful if you mention some of the ways you did this
@langdj: I have a weird feeling, completely shooting from the hip, that the depth of Hooligan's knowledge about supplements, natural ways to optimize one's health and heal, food, etc. would likely fill several books.
Best way to tap his experiential knowledge base is probably to ask direct, specific questions.

Anything on high blood pressure and fungus finger nails, I get white patches just on one hand and the palms can be dry, helps to keep moist with coconut oil? Would very much appreciate any help?
Rutin powder or tablets or powder at least 500mg, magnesium (400-500mg) have helped several people i know that had high BP. I took them just to play around and I moved from a good BP readings to excellent.
As for fungus sodium thiosulphate might do the job. You need to make a 10% solution with the crystals or you can buy it ready made
Some info on Sodium Thiosulphate
Sodium thiosulfate is a powerful detoxing agent to remove mercury and other heavy metals from the body.
It is also a topical anti-fungal such as can be used for ringworm. People also report that it trims the waistline and improves sleep and dream recall!
The famous Ted from Bangkok recommended Sodium Thiosulfate to Earth Clinic readers as early as 2002. He was one of the first health advocates to suggest ST for heavy metal cleansing and remove chlorine from tap water for safer consumption. He also used it to treat cyanide poisoning from apricot seeds in patients using them as an adjunct cancer treatment. ST is mentioned in scores of Ted's posts on Earth Clinic.

I sure hope I don't have enough mercury or heavy metals in my body to need it. "Detox" is a bit of a trigger word for me. This guys sums it up well "Any product or service advertised with the words “detox” or “cleanse” in the name is only truly effective at cleansing your wallet – of cash. https://sciencebasedmedicine.org/the-on ... you-detox/

most modern people are chronically dehydrated and unaware. this symptom triangulation sounds like that's a key issue for you. solving it of course is one if the most far reaching things you can do for your health.
melons. cucumber juice. coconut water. mangos etc. spring water + lemon juice. abundantly.
alcohol, vinegar, table or sea salt very dehydrating.
tea isnt hydrating. think of it as a vehicle for the herb, not water.

Thanks Hooligan, I drink far too much tea but have started drinking more water as advised by my physio!

hooligan: How would you measure dehydration in most modern people? In other words, by what objective method could one measure the dehydration at home? I'm not talking about symptoms you feel but rather something like a bathroom scale.
Current atmospheric levels of CO2 (400ppm) are much lower than 500 million years ago (3000-9000ppm).

I think this is the most easily disprovable statement I've seen in this thread. I bet that if I feed you gallons and gallons of tea you'll pee a lot? I bet it will run pretty clear too. Tea is mostly water. To suggest it isn't hydrating is odd to me. Of course there are many types of teas so I'm referencing the commonly sold stuff. Muddy water could be called tea after all.

Not qualified to comment on this without research but without doing so I suspect that there's hydration and hydration, in other words, is the water getting to all cells in the body that it needs to.

Tea, not all "tea" of course has been considered a diuretic as is coffee, because of the caffeine. It could make you piss and poop more water than it contains.

I think water is probably water and that the body can use it even if it has some impurities in it. If I were parched to near death walking in a desert I'd welcome a big ole glass of tea and I feel pretty certain it would save my life. The old "8 glasses of water per day" advice came from an article in the early 1900s and has been repeated without scientific evidence thousands of times per year. It's complete unsupportable crap but you wouldn't know it by googling it. I consider the "we're all walking around dehydrated" statement to be equally incorrect. It's a solution in search of a problem. If your body needs water you'll get thirsty sooner or later. I'm not even sure how you'd measure any "damage" or shortened life or other deleterious effects by not being hydrated properly consistently. Because if you're thirsty you feel like crap, your pee turns brown and then if you have a brain you drink. Or you get spots in your eyes and pass out and then you don't do that shit any more (this happens to the rookies out at burning man all the time).

75 Percent of Americans Are Chronically Dehydrated. A survey of 3,003 Americans found that 75 percent likely had a net fluid loss, resulting in chronic dehydration. Although the survey found that Americans drank about eight servings of hydrating beverages per day, this is offset by drinking caffeinated beverages and alcohol and eating a diet high in sodium.

2. Dehydration Causes Fatigue. A pair of recent studies [ii] found that young people who were mildly dehydrated were much more likely to feel fatigued [iii] during moderate exercise and even when sedentary. Unsurprisingly, fatigue is a common sign of dehydration, and it’s said to be the No. 1 cause of midday fatigue.
3. Thirst Means You’re Dehydrated. Dehydration triggers the body’s thirst response. So when you feel thirsty, dehydration is already setting in. In many experiments, just 1 to 2 percent dehydration has been shown to trigger thirst [iv]. This level of dehydration can happen quickly, especially following intense exercise or when battling viruses.
4. Dehydration Causes Foggy Memory, Irritability, and More. Dehydration, even mild dehydration, has been shown to put stress on our cognitive functioning. In younger adults, for instance, dehydration was linked to a dip in concentration and short-term memory, as well as an increase in feelings of anxiety and irritability. With children, studies are more conclusive that hydration can improve attention and memory. [v]
5. Hydration Can Boost Your Metabolism. Although the evidence is limited, your metabolism could benefit from drinking cold water. In fact, one study found that drinking cold water helped boost healthy men and women’s metabolic rate by 30 percent. [vi] The researchers concluded that the body expended more energy heating the cold water, which resulted in the boost in metabolism.
6. Dehydration Is One of the Most Common Risk Factors for Kidney Stones. A landmark 1990 study [vii] examined the causes of kidney stones in more than 700 patients. Chronic dehydration, caused by a variety of factors, was believed to be a factor in about 20 percent of cases. More recently, researchers have examined the link more in-depth. In one five-year randomized trial [viii], patients with kidney stones were told to drink more water, which resulted in a drop in kidney stone recurrence.
The No. 1 cause of midday fatigue is dehydration,” said Dr. Kendra Frazier, senior medical director at Oak Street Health. “Every day at 2 o’clock, this happens to me. I work in a clinic all day seeing patients, so my boss said, ‘Every time you feel that way, drink a full glass of water.’ You have more energy when you drink water throughout the day. It also helps with concentration and short-term memory.”
“The signals that tell us about thirst that go to our brain, they work less as we get older and when we’re younger,” Frazier said. “For young people because their systems haven’t quite developed, and for my seniors which I count at 65 and up, it’s like we’re hitting the mute button and not listening to the signs, and then we get this severe thirst where we’re so thirsty. By the time you sense that you’re thirsty, you’re already well into dehydration at that point.”
Other symptoms of dehydration include dizziness, headache, lethargy, brain fog, irritability, confusion, infrequent urination, constipation and muscle cramps. More severely, dehydration can be linked to seizures, and chest pains.
Up to three-fourths of Americans drink well below the recommended levels. According to the Institute of Medicine, men are advised to drink 13 ounces of fluid, while women require nine ounces per day.
You ask for objective data. It seems (maybe I am wrong) that you have a bias when it comes to topics you automatically shun or dislike. However, you seem to place a lot of trust on Dr's (some are really good, but most are just drug pushers) and today's science, a lot of which is pseudoscience as the FDA and CDC will push any narrative that helps the drug companies make money.
I have a question. You took the Pfizer shot. Did you objectively look at all the data? if you did, you would see that the EUAs granted for these vaccines cut many corners. Additionally, there was no real double-blind test as Pfizer decided to give the control group the shots (someone mentioned that in this forum). Examined from a logical and objective standpoint of view it does not make sense to take these vaccines.
And I just scratched the service on the many other reasons one should wait including statements from the Inventor of the MRNA tech.
