It applies to some as this is not a common pattern. Additionally, as stated from the onset more details are posted in the forum as a bonus, or sometimes the comments are made earlier than updated in the Market update. I just spotted this pattern after looking at the stock again.

A bonus feature is being added to this service, this was briefly mentioned some time ago. Only very large-cap stocks will be added to the ETF service. Minimum Capitalization 15 billion, though the focus will mostly be on stocks with caps of 18 billion or higher
