More countries the ones that want to survive because they don't have the ability to print money out of thin air will allow tourists to enter without COVID vaccinations and only a negative Covid test. This will then turn into a massive divide into countries that will state they don't want to force people to be vaccinated. A new landscape will form.

But how much will one be punished on their return (need to spend 2 weeks in isolation in a hotel and pay for the privilege, etc.)?

This is for those that are starting to look at the option of being nomads lol. However, many countries let you back with a negative PCR test. I believe that is still the case with the USA, not sure about England.

This COVID situation is going to embolden many to take the path of the digital warrior. Many will give up their citizenships to be free of the constraints their countries put on them. We expect a sudden surge in the number of Americans giving up their citizenship over the next 60 months.
