Clarity of Mind, and etc. Interesting video

Post by SOL »

One thing that stands out is how relaxed this chap is. The talk is very interesting and if you pay close attention you will see it indirectly focuses on patience and discipline

The unsettled mind resonates with the TI philosophy where the idea is to focus on the present and not the past or the future.
When the words short term appear under any post; the same conditions listed in the Market update under the short term category apply

The end is always near; its the beginning and how you live each moment that counts the most

Shi heng yi is a monk from the shaolin temple and is instructor in Germany.

The best of the best practice from shaolin is the qigong sequence eight brocades, the eight most effective postures selected by a monk hundreds years ago. Before doing this sequence, its better to master the five kung fu stances, which represent a very good gymnastic for the legs, to be good anchored on the ground.

For me, qigong is the best thing from china....
