The trading manual is sent out with your regular welcome package. It is among one of the 11 plus emails you should have received after you signed up. The subject of that email would contain the following words "Bonus trading manual plus extra back issues"
In terms of how many stocks you should have, that depends on you and on how much you have to invest. Divide your funds into at least 10 main lots and each of these main lots should be divided into 3 sub lots and deployed one at a time. Get used to our trading methodology, and the rest will fall into place.
