Some questions/comments for a new- timer please

Post by rhgo »

Hi- I signed up for the monthly offer this week and read through the required material.
Looking at the Trend Portfolio green primary candidates from 4-30-21,all current prices as of today were higher than the respective entry prices for each stock;therefore I did not purchase any.( a) If the first entry has been filled before I signed up ,do I allocate 1/2 into the second and third lots? (B) you use limit orders to enter;limit sell order to exit--correct? Do you ever use stop limit orders? (C) what is the main advantage of the AI trend trader service for $165?
Thanks for all your help.

As you will see, many times new plays are trading above Sol's recommended entry points.
I put in a good-till-cancelled limit order with the bid price based upon Sol's recommended entry price.
Sometimes you might have to wait quite a few weeks for the prices to fall back in order for your trade to be filled.
As long as Sol doesn't make any changes to the play, you just have to wait patiently. Base your lot sizes upon
your comfort level as per the instructions explained in your introductory materials and as explained in each
MU letter. As Sol says, don't chase a stock, there are always new opportunities.
Welcome aboard and good luck! :)

Rome was not built in a day, take your time

The most important thing is to read all the suggested materials

Study Mass psychology like studying for a final exam, however at your own pace and every day. This will give you the edge you need to succeed in the markets

Another is never risk too much on one play

Don’t do options until at least you mastered your internal struggle to not panic and to not be in fear

Don’t get discouraged, takes imho 6 months to 1 year to get the feel even then it’s not enough. This is life long study but in a good way

Feel free to ask questions if you’re not sure

Good luck 👍

Once one has mastered our trading style. One can deploy two lots at a time under these circumstances. A week after subscribing the stock trades towards the second suggested entry point. At this stage one can deploy two lots (1/3rd each) and get in at lower price. Or deploy one lot at the 2nd entry and try to get an even better price, be it one dollar or five dollars for the second lot.

Once you have conducted several trades and get a natural feel for the way we do things you can customise the lot sizes.

As for the AI service it's best that others answer that question. The focus is on the ultra long trend or super trend and our goal is to attempt to hit some runs.

We don't use stop limit orders. We use end of day stops This is covered in the suggested reading materials

Welcome! This service is not for everyone, but if it is for you it will be rewarding. Look up Plato's Allegory of the cave on YouTube, watch at least a couple videos on that. That may not be in the reference material but it should be (if it's not).

If it's above but close to the first lot entry, the guidance is that it's okay to enter the position at no more than 7% (prefer 5%) above the first entry. If it's between first and second entry points and I have no position I will deploy first lot at a better price than somewhere got. If it's at or below second lot price and I have no position I will deploy either half or 2/3rds depending on if I have any feelings about the company or sector or charts (may also depend on how much available cash I have in my account).

I am an irrationally big fan of stop limit orders as I have posted elsewhere, but I haven't calculated if stop limit orders have been a net benefit to me. It's probably half and half that stop limits have benefited me and burned me.

For the most part it's just another service focused on companies in the AI sector.

-Misinformation: noun, information that is true and correct and might lead people towards freedom and autonomy instead of tyranny and slavery.

The video on Pluto's allegory of the cave and lot of other suggested related material is posted under the Mass psychology section (its in the passcode section of the website)

The main thing to do is read all the suggested material and then go beyond. Sol and crew have posted volumes of data in the passcoded section and I can say it's worth all the time you can invest in reading as much as you can. They have done a superb job of putting all this information in one place. God knows how much time it took them to do this. I for one appreciate the huge effort on their part and I can it is helped me both in and out of the markets.

The AI service focuses on AI stocks and so far they have hit some home runs. I booked large gains on the Google calls, SIEB was a home a run and several other stocks I banked 80 to 120% so far which is not bad considering that the service is less than a year old

First, lose your fear. That's rule one. Second, it's a marathon, not a sprint. Third, relax and enjoy life. The investments will take care of themselves IF you allow the strategy to do it's thing. I mess around occasionally but not much. Read, listen to the videos, and learn to control your emotions. Then turn off the telly, take a nice walk or go the the gym, play some tennis, or kill your buddies in backgammon. Wash, rinse, repeat. But be aware there is a BIG PICTURE approach to the way the markets unravel. And it's not always what you are being told. Finally, don't listen to stories, fables, or that other nonsense. People like story stocks. Avoid and in time you should prosper.

Start with MU service. You have plenty of time to join the others. Sol and his team are really adept at the strategy they are promoting.
