How they are going to be able to cut $2T is your best guess. I suppose a 10% across the board cut is possible without much operational impact. But the impact on the economy if you pull 10% is enormous. That's recessionary type spending cuts.

And the CRE issue has yet to surface also. Buffett sees all and raises enormous sums of cash.

The other major issue which few are discussing is Yellen was unable to obtain the term structure required to maintain a lid on that $1T in interest. In other words, refinancing at higher rates will increase the interest payment due. That activity has to occur in 25 and 26.

Trump wants to cut LT capital gains to 15% and make the TJCA cuts permanent. As a payer I like that plan. But it likely creates the fuel for the stock market correction which Sol and Company have been predicting.

Trump will likley elect inflation over deflation. He's no different than the rest of polyland in that department imo. He's just a different flavor.

Inflation will be an issue during his presidency, also remember, he wants record low rates which the FED refuses to listen to his ridiculousness.

The debt will likely rise also, given his history of recklessness. The debt is not an issue for the US since 71% give or take of the debt is internal.

When debt is internal then it’s not an issue. Look at Japan, 91% of their debt is internal and they have not collapsed. Debt only becomes an issue when it’s external, like Argentina or other 3rd world countries etc

Either way, expect volatility to be the main factor during his presidency. We will likely see a tick in inflation and the FED just playing seesaw with interest rates
