MRO / COP buyout

Post by MarkD »

I am assuming the position should be held and transferred into shares of COP rather than selling MRO near the transfer price around $30.33 +/_?

I don't think we officially purchased this stock, but if you can successfully close it with a decent profit, there are other opportunities in the energy sector that seem more promising, like DVN. However, in the end, it's a personal decision

I think I bought it as I have been trading energy stocks but believed it to be a TI holding.

And yes, it's done well.
