I think Tastytrade might be another option to explore.
Currently, the tastytrade pre-market session opens at 7:30am CST and runs until 8:30am CST, while the post-market session (aka “after-hours session”) runs from 3:00pm CST to 4:00pm CS

Etrade allows some ETFs to be traded 24 hours including TQQQ, SPX and a few others others.
I think Robinhood also allows 24 hours trading now on some stocks.
