Free versions of barchart.com , bigcharts.marketwatch.com , and stockcharts.com ALL agree that TFSL closed at 12.00 on 01may2023 , triggering the stop.

Both barchart and bigcharts give TFSL closing of 19.88 on 18oct2021.
Stockcharts give a 17.79 closing price.
My spreadsheet says I purchased it at 19.86 on 18oct2021.
The 31oct2021 TI Market Update page 16 says 1/3 position bought at 19.74

Both barchart and bigcharts give TFSL closing of 22.50 on 04jun2021.
Stockcharts give a 19.60 closing price.

Both barchart and bigcharts give TFSL closing of 12.76 on 03apr2020.
Stockcharts give a 10.42 closing price.

I have a bias against using historical prices from stockcharts.com in critical situations.

I always double and triple check the prices, but I to have noticed more discrepancies with stockcharts then other sites. Metastock also was quite notorious for providing faulty data and they charged and still charge quite a bit for this simple service.

Today, Stockcharts give a 01may2023 closing of 11.71

Today, both Barchart and Bigcharts still give a TFSL 01may2023 closing of 12.00

I used both the unadjusted and adjusted price on stockcharts.com for TFSL (adjusted _TFSL).

You are correct in stating it's 11.71 on the unadjusted price. And it is correct at 12.00 with the adjusted price.

I assume 11.71 unadjusted price was the appropriate price and acted accordingly. The other sites may be reporting adjusted prices.

Here's how using Yahoo data (which uses adjusted close) can distort things. Monthly RSI with high, low, close (adjusted). Can really screw with TIs that use the close in the calculations.

It is reassuring to learn that variations in historical prices are not errors due to corruption of data files

In the free version at stockcharts.com :-

..........The word (adjusted) does NOT appear in chart title
.....Entering _SYMBOL displays unadjusted prices
..........The word (unadjusted) appears in chart title

Apparently, the free versions at barchart.com and bigcharts.marketwatch.com are unable to display adjusted prices

Today at stockcharts.com, TFSL and _TFSL prices are identical for 26may2023 to 02jun2023 inclusive
The prices differ for dates before 26may2023

Today at stockcharts.com, adjusted and unadjusted prices for the last 9 months are IDENTICAL for AMD AYX
And adjusted and unadjusted prices for the last 9 months DIFFER for AU HL HWKN MFST MTX PBR SCCO TGLS
Apparently, stockcharts prices for SYMBOL and _SYMBOL differ for majority of stocks & ETFs

Apologize for getting the info backwards. Stockcharts reports adjusted prices, and you can get unadjusted by use of _<SYMB>

Another characteristic of historical TFSL adjusted prices from stockcharts.com is that they are reduced with the passage of time

On 08may2023, I noted that the 03apr2021 TFSL adjusted closing price was 10.42
Today, that price is 10.17

On 08may2023, I noted that the 04jun2021 TFSL adjusted closing price was 19.60
Today, that price is 19.12
