From memory, a small number of stocks led the way up off the cv19 lows in '20.

The problem with Cramer is that since he's generally bullish on equities (?paid off by the companies to shill), as we enter a deeper portion of this nascent bull market that likely started in October '22, some of his picks will turn out to be right long-term, although his timing generally sucks - e.g. may recommend a good long-term hodl stock as a buy when it's topping short-term, etc.

I've grown to like Dan Nathan as a very good fade - since he's on cnbc often, he has to disclose his picks publicly, so one can go back and research how they do; he's almost always wrong:

Now he is just selecting certain stocks, however I make sure the indicators line up for a bullish run instead of just selecting randomly.

However, it’s a strong conviction play if he picks big names, it’s scary and laughable how you would make money 9/10 times doing this

The way of the financial guru like SOL stated a couple of years ago will go the way of the dinosaurs.

Old, rigid and full of emotions. However these vile creatures get paid and promote to influence the masses. Hence a good contrarian type of plays can be produced.

I find if you manage to find a very good contrarian indicator, she's worth her weight in btc. Often trumps all technical, fundamental, numerical sentiment analysis, etc.

The Jesus Buy Signal triggered last October was partially due to two subs here, as you may recall.

A group of us try to watch the following YT channel (live if possible, or later as replay) to glean valuable sentiment information. There's even a dude from the book _Unknown Market Wizards_ (the Jack Schwager series) who signs in under a pseudonym and often watches the show and makes derogatory comments in the live chat - he's the one who told us about using Dan Nathan as a contrarian sentiment indicator. Lol, he often gets temporarily banned from the chat, then comes back under a different name at a later date.

I've taken profits on most of my NVDA position, but kept a trailer position. Dan Nathan keeps trying to short NVDA, and repeatedly getting stopped out. Our thinking is that NVDA likely won't top until Nathan gives up on his NVDA shorts. Same thing with TSLA, lol ...
