A lone bull among bears ...

Speaking of Tom Lee, starting at around the time stamp (37-minute mark), Tom outlines the bullish case for equities/tech, from his perspective.
The other three (Dan Nathan, Guy Adami, and Danny Moses) are basically great human contrarian sentiment indicators - the former two appear on CNBC regulary and if you go back through their past predictions, are wrong about 80%+ of the time.
One application of Mass Psychology from a sentiment perspective is to find mainstream financial pundits that are usually wrong, watch what they say and do the opposite, or at least avoid taking the same trades as they do. A bit higher risk is to simply take the opposite side of the trades that they take, with commensurate higher potential rewards.

From the 42-minute time stamp or so, goes through some easy-to-understand quant data. The whole clip is pretty good.

Good, objective data for those who want to be the casino.
Also decent data for those who partake in day-trading or swing-trading.

I prefer to wait for Dow to shed 600-1200 points over a couple of days and then I look at the technicals. If the weekly and daily are oversold I am in

I have done very well playing the TQQQ since last year. I also prefer to wait for pullbacks.
I am taking it easier since Mid March. if you look at many tech plays other than NVDA and few others most are trading well below their July 2022 highs.
I seen too many people hit the 5 plus million mark and then lose most of it due to chasing or greed. A good example is this guy I know, he had close to 6 million towards the end of 2021. Today its closer to 2M. My strategy is to seize opportunities when the market is in turmoil (when the lemmings are bleeding) and remain cautious when everyone else jumps in. I use this approach for my long-term portfolio, which accounts for 70% of my cash.
Congrats on your excellent performance.

I'll continue to try to be the casino and play the "background" rates, instead of trying to figure out Ms. Market with various "indicators," or drawing a bunch of lines on price charts, and constantly changing them day in, day out.

Long, but by far the best standalone interview on the financial markets I've watched in the last 5+ years.
Highly recommended.
