Had a long day yesterday with one thing another, and being English decided to sit down with a nice cup of tea at the end of it. I'm not sure how what happened next happened, but it appears that inattention and gravity conspired against me. The hot cup of tea exited the cup and spilled into my crotch.

It's a shame that no-one was filming it as I leapt from the chair in a manner not entirely dissimilar to a cartoon cat yelping when his tail is on fire. Immediately pulled down offending scalding-hot clothing and waddled penguin-like to the kitchen to apply ice, whereupon Mme enters kitchen from outside and, not entirely wthout justification, asks what I am doing in the kitchen with trousers and pants round my ankles holding a teatowel of ice on my bits.

Not light for me, but hopefully entertainment for others.
