This is a very valid concern.
A nuke will probably help with that!
That's funny   . It will do more than fix constipation, it will also take care of all the rodents both that can and can't speak. However, the odds of Nuclear war are still somewhat low, but the odds are better that there will be a nuclear strike, then the stock prices remaining this low 12-18 months from now. A mini rally is on the horizon. Too many people panicking but the path looks like a combo of 73-74 and 2008-2009. We have inflation war and energy crises and deadly sanctions.

On a separate note, do you or any others living in Europe see, hear or feel that women are resorting to sex to make ends meet? Several stories were forwarded to me; I only saved one link.
More women are turning to sex work for the first time, while others who have managed to leave it behind are having to return in order to pay their bills, outreach workers have told Sky News.

With inflation at a record high and wages failing to keep up with spiralling prices and energy bills, the number of calls to the English Collective of Prostitutes has increased by a third this summer.

Based in north London, with a national helpline and hubs throughout several major cities, the network advises women in all lines of sex work on how to keep themselves safe and stay within the law where possible.

Spokeswoman Niki Adams, who has helped thousands of women over 30 years, said: "The cost of living crisis is now pushing women into sex work in various ways - whether that's on the street, in premises or online

Constipation is a valid point. Senna can help though it's temporary help. Eating 50% more veggies or adding papaya to the diet can do miracles.
Triphala is a great herbal remedy with no discomfort for constipation.

I am done with the majority of pain so the surgeon has likely done a good job. Where can I find Triphala? Never heard of that one.

Anyone know of anything to reduce swelling? Ice is not much good with the insulation around the surgery area.

I start with 3 of these in the morning, then 2 in the afternoon.
When you become regular in a couple of days, you can reduce to 2 each time.
Then, take in the morning only.

Swelling is a sign of inflammation. Elevation and rest is good.

I and another person I know just tested these two herbs out. I had fallen on my hand, and it was kind of stiff. Nothing seemed to help it; it was improving but at a languid pace. Then someone mentioned Clubmoss and Chinchona. I tried them, thinking, what the hell do I have to lose nothing worked so far, both conventional and non-conventional. I ground the club moss into a powder and swallowed roughly 1/2 teaspoon with water twice a day. It was already in powder form with the Chinchona, so I made a concentrated brew and drank a bit of it. less than three days later, I was surprised to note that my hand was feeling 90% better. When I fell, I was holding something, so i fell on a closed fist, so the middle three fingers were stiff and remained like that for a while. I could lift weights and do the normal stuff, but it would hurt a bit when I tried to open a tight bottle. Now that's all gone.

The other guy twisted his ankle badly, had some sort of minor surgery and was hobbling around. After a few days on this combo, his gait improved by 50%, and it continues to improve. This is anecdotal evidence, but I am always sceptical when I try something new. So I did not walk into this with wide-eyed expectations. By the way, cider vinegar helps recoup from surgeries quite quickly, which is what several individuals who took it after surgery have reported.

Okay, back to looking at the data as this MU report has to be completed by tomorrow

I do recall cider vinegar seemingly did a nice job on my elbow fracture last year. I'll do that right away. The others might take a bit to locate so I'll go with plan A atm.

Thanks!
