Fascinating. The middle 20 minutes or so pretty much turns traditional Cardiology on its head. Ordered my first batch of strophanthus.

He sounds very convincing.
@Yodean, where did you order? My search returns only 'homeopathically potentiated formulation',
which is most likely useless. Dr. Cowan recommends 1mg/3 times a day.

Under the YT video I posted, there are a few of Cowan's sites listed. I ordered a batch from one of them.

From start to finish it totals 1080 seconds, or 18 minutes and most people will not be able to handle it. It really is the best way compared to what I used to do many moons ago, where I would bench press up 250 pounds and my biceps were about 16 inches and I would work out a minimum of 90 minutes in the gym. Now I have more stamina than before.

Also out of the 1080 seconds you only work out for 270 seconds, the rest is taking small breaks between each set. There are 9 sets
Is there a program online I can find or book that details this out more? Interested in giving it a try...

I would not waste money on a book. You pick one set or 3 sets of an exercise and, for 30 seconds do as many pushups, situps, sprints, arm curls, etc and then rest for 90 seconds. In total, you perform 9 sets.

I received today from the bot of youtube some interesting videos.

https://youtu.be/yCdS25mHfIQ

Not the first quality video, but its authentic from shaolin temple. If you want to practice an efficient warming up, its this routine and not another one. This routine is hundreds years old and always practiced nowadays by monks.
A lot of rotations of the articulations, to make your articulations hot, at 1.40min, a very good exercice for the shoulders, I do this shoulders rotation 100 times, its not so easy as it appears, and its a fantastic medication for the shoulders.
Practice it before your workouts, it can be calisthenics, turkish get ups, running, dumbells, kettlebells or qigong etc......
It could also be practiced alone, before beginning a working day, its up to you.

another video I received

https://youtu.be/RBWQvvO_Tl8

I dont practice this indian dravidian ethnic sport, but I am planning to practice it in the near future;

It’s no secret that exercising can lead to a longer and healthier life. Working out reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease and premature death.

Now, a new study finds going above and beyond the recommended amount of weekly exercise can significantly reduce the risk of death among adults.

Researchers say working out between 150 and 600 minutes a week can cut a person’s risk of early death by up to a third.

Researchers analyzed 100,000 participants over a 30-year period for their study.

They found that adults who performed two to four times the standard amount of moderate or vigorous exercise per week had a significantly lower risk of death from all causes. Among those who engaged in this much vigorous physical activity, the risk of mortality fell by 21 to 23 percent.

For those who participated in two to four times the recommended amount of moderate physical activity, the death risk dropped 26 to 31 percent.

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services recommends adults get 150 to 300 minutes of moderate physical activity, or 75 to 150 minutes of vigorous physical activity weekly, or a combination of both. Meanwhile, the American Heart Association recommends at least 150 minutes per week of moderate exercise or 75 minutes per week of vigorous physical activity.

The study found that adults who performed double the recommended range of either moderate or vigorous exercise each week had the lowest long-term risk of mortality.

Data also revealed that adults working out more than four times the recommended minimum levels did not suffer from harmful cardiovascular health effects.

Previous studies found evidence that long-term, high-intensity exercise may increase the risk of adverse cardiovascular events.

“This finding may reduce the concerns around the potential harmful effect of engaging in high levels of physical activity observed in several previous studies,” explains Lee.

The study is published in the journal Circulation.

I break them into small pieces to make it look like cereal, then pour raw grass-fed cows or goats' milk on them with some sugar; if I don't have good honey on hand (but usually I use honey). If you want to spice things up, you can add some raw almonds and/or pumpkin or sunflower seeds. Quite delicious and very filling, not to mention healthy

Yes, cacao goes in my coffee every day.

Also, I consume a lot of the high ORAC spices and foods listed on the list at the following site:

You posted that link many moons ago, from what I remember. Good stuff, not very hard to do.

SUMAC is high on the list, and I use it in salads, and can be a salt replacement for those whose sodium intake is heavy.
