If I am in the area I will definitely stop by. I could sit down on that swing and just listen to the flow of the water for hours.

Anytime good, but best when the snow is melting, ice breaking up, bumping and chewing. Река начинается, the river begins. Russians give special importance to this saying/time. Maybe like rising again from the snow, (instead of ashes?).

A plus, the swing faces south, facilitating the drinking of sunshine.
