my take away from my read from this preamble and from few previous updates) is that there is an urgency to buy right now (even tho my stock after-buys of the last couple of months or longer keep going lower and lower and feel like im pushing up against downward psi) and in spite that the Market status dial is not even in the oversold range. Is it margin time? Your thoughts?

also One question been on my mind for awhile - is the market status dial based on the S & P 500? if not what is the base or bases? my thks in advance
