This is our most popular and oldest service. 3-4 updates are sent out every month via email. As we are in the midst of a major long term commodities bull emphasis will be on stocks from the commodities sector. We also pay attention to unusually huge insider buying or selling patterns and use this as a basis to recommend some plays.

Our main bonus is the introduction of the "put option selling portfolio". The premise here is very simple. 90% of options expire worthless and so what we do is scour the markets for options that have a 90% chance or higher of expiring worthless. Essentially we are selling puts and we only sell puts on stocks we would not mind owning. when you sell a put the only risk you take on is that you might have to buy the stock if it trades below the strike price you sold the option for. For example. You sell the August INTC 22 put for 2.00, thus you will receive $200 for each contract (2.00 X 100 shares= 200). If on the day of expiration in Aug INTC is trading at 22 or higher you walk away with this 200 dollar. If it is trading at 21, then you will be triggered into purchasing INTC at 22 as this was the strike price you sold the options for. However you were paid 200 dollars (or 2 dollars per share) so you actual cost per share is 20.00. Thus you can still turn around and sell INTC at 21 and walk away with a profit. Our experience shows us that the few times a trader is triggered into purchasing a stock, he/she is usually able to sell them it at a higher price. In this case it would not be unusual for one to be able to sell INTC in the 21.50-22.00 ranges. This would equate to a profit of 150-200. For the most part though traders are hardly triggered into purchasing the stock; in fact 90% of the time the option expires worthless and you are free to walk away with the premium. One word of caution. one has to be very careful on what stocks one sells options on. If you sell options on the wrong stock you could be triggered into purchasing the stock at a much higher price while it continues to crash. We only sell options on stocks we would not mind purchasing at a slightly lower price, hence the selling of puts to enable us to get a better price if we are triggered into buying this stock. Thus we have the best of both worlds, we can get paid to wait for the stock to trade to the point where we would not mind purchasing it or if it does not trade to this level we get paid for waiting; either way we win. If we are triggered into the stock at least we will be purchasing it at the price we want and have to jump in at any random price.
