Re: Fills
You are customizing our methodology and that is a good thing as long as you are comfortable with what you are doing. And yes there are others who are using a similar strategy. Some opt for the lower end of the suggested entry range, some go slightly below, etc. During corrective phases, it will work marvellously but during normal phases, you might miss out on some plays. However, you seem to comfortable with this strategy and that is the most important thingRogueKoiFish wrote: ↑Thu Feb 24, 2022 7:54 am Just curious as a newbie it seems to me that the average fill prices on the spreadsheet seem to be on the high side for some of the stocks. I've been looking at Sol's recommendation and look at the low end of the range then go look at the volume profile for 6 month, 1 year, 5 year time frame on TradingView and try to go one peak below Sol's low price.
So far its not too bad but might take me 1-2 weeks to fill some of them. Sol offers so many stocks per month that I'm not worried about missing an opportunity.
Is anyone else using a strategy to try to get slightly better prices?

SOl appreciate the feedback and will definitely keep it in mind. To remind myself and for others. Volume profile doesn't work during all time highs so you are correct during our normal market uptrend I can't use it to estimate pricing. During the corrective phases it helps out get a little more accuracy.
I'm here to learn your method to become a good investor.
What other tools should we investigate to help us learn your method more?
Also where can we learn more about Volatility and Anxiety indicator that we see in the market updates.
Thank you

Just noticed a really old play but new to me. Got MJ for $10.00 on 2/18/22 looks like the original trade was listed on 8/4/21. The weed market looks like its almost 1/2 price now. Not sure if that means its a fire sale or if there is legal issues.

Re: Fills
I think FIVN is no longer an official play after trading past 137 on the 14th.
Regardless, +18% intraday, great catch! We are only looking for bargains now. Deploy 1⁄4 in the 99 to 102 ranges. If it trades to 137 before you get in, the trade is no longer valid.

Re: Fills
Nicolas,
Appreciate that. You are correct about the $137 price cancel but the trade alert date was posted officially on the Feb 17th unless I missed something. I checked the Market Update newsletter from 2/1/22 and 2/17/22. The newsletter on 2/17/22 posted FIVN as a new trade on that date. The spreadsheet also listed the official trade date as 2/17/22.
Always appreciate the extra help since I'm new to the group.
Thank you
