If the deal goes through, yes, it will be 81$ per share. However, deal is estimated to be closed somewhen in first half of 2023. Thus, it could mean waiting half a year for another 2-3% gain.
I have no idea of the odds for higher buy price. Do not know if shareholders could vote against it for higher price.
I think about selling for raising cash as 2nd correction might occur in the same timeframe as the closure of the deal…

Aghhh yeh lots can change with this amount of time, I bought an option call and sold my shares to minimize the risk.
