I can sum it up in one paragraph I have hard data on my side, verified by myself, and I have quite a decent background in science-related topics (biology, Chemistry, etc.). And when I mean hard data, I mean from people I know from various races, backgrounds etc, who all have high cholesterol and lived long lives and many of them are still alive and in their 90's. Theory only goes so far.

That is the exact opposite of hard data. That is the very definition of anecdotal evidence.
Whilst what you think is evidence is actually faith because you are just believing what you hear and read!

Glad you're back safe by the way, sounds horrific that trip!
The person without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God but considers them foolishness, and cannot understand them because they are discerned only through the Spirit.

That is a reasonable point. I am believing what I hear and read but based on the credibility of the publication, which is exactly what is being called into question these days.
Current atmospheric levels of CO2 (400ppm) are much lower than 500 million years ago (3000-9000ppm).

If the placebo effect makes me look better, live longer or feel better. Hey sign me up any day.

Having said that a lot of today's journals are full of shit. For example the Harvard Journal said a few years ago that coconut oil was good for health, then they made a 180 degree change.

The research from PFE on the efficacy of the COVID was worse than used toilet paper and the list goes on and on. Big money is at play.

Here is a fact, a relative suffers from diabetes. As an experiment we took several of the diets they recommend for diabetics there. Let's just say the ADA is full of shit as the diet they recommend is far from good

https://healthjade.com/what-is-the-amer ... -ada-diet/

We randomly tested a few things on the list.

After eating some rice his sugar hit 300
After eating whole grain bread 340
After eating potatoes and a banana his sugar hit 290
Cereal produced two readings on two separate days one at 305 and one at 330

He has been able to keep his sugar in the 120-150 ranges which is pretty good without using much medication, no insulin, mostly by following a different diet and changing his life style. I wonder who works at the ADA do they even test what they recommend, for a simple test before and after eating a lot of what they claim is okay would reveal that they know next to nothing and you would be better off listening to a witch doctor

The above tests when performed on his friend who is diabetic and overweight yielded horrible results. On just bread his friends sugar shot up to over 420
