The real strength comes from tendons. Body builders dont have real strength, they never train with the isometric protocol. They have big muscles with weak tendons. If you want real strength combined with power, practice heavy farmers walks, waiters walks with heavy kettlebells, rack carries, all these carries combine movement with sometric holds.

Also, see the training of this old school legendary strong man, Alexander Zass, the Iron Samson. He only trained isometrics with a chain.

I came across a video that discusses religion and related topics. What makes it interesting (in my opinion) is that the person acknowledges the existence of religion and God, but also reveals how much of it is based on ancient texts. I am sharing this not to criticize religion, but to present it as an informative piece that some might find thought-provoking.
