My best guess atm is that the U.S. has a good 10 to 20 years left. Good in terms of the economy.
Increased surveillance, cancel culture, capital controls, taxation, polarization, etc., as well as obesity, and less and less people able to do TGUs with the 48kg kettlebell. After the 10 - 20 years, U.S. will become a bit like the U.K. is today. East Asia will then reign a bit. Russia's a bit unpredictable - it's got the right amount of corruption, but it's a bit ossified and King Vlad cannot live forever, despite all the stem cells he's receiving. When he leaves Metaverse Earth, there may be a lot of unrest and CIA shenanigans to try to determine the next Czar. I don't think A.I. is coming to save us.

@MineralsNinja: btw, been meaning to ask you: what do you think of the current Shemitah year? It ends September 25, 2022. This would be in line with a hugh Q4 crash in the markets, cycle-wise.

Wel, the TGU with the beast, who can do it? not many people, my personal objective is the TGU with the big boy, its

enough for me. But I confess, that these last weeks I am not focus on kettlebell TGU, I also have my cycles. For the

moment, I am in the movementd flow cycle, in the style persian zurkhaneh, with the shena push up board and two

wooden clubbells,

For the shemitah, I dont know, I am not a member of the chosen people, but next time I go in Antwerp, I could ask

the question to a hassid community member.

But every people has his own cycles theory. For example, amerindians Hopis also have a very instructive cycles

theory, Their mega cycle is also divided in four, and by coincidence, we are in the end of the last period of their

cycle.

I can do 32kg TGU, both sides, fairly comfortably, on an average day, multiple repetitions, the "old school" version - with the side bridge during transition, instead of the easier leg "slide through." Never tried 48kg beast TGU, would be difficult for me - I am smaller than you, but bigger than Putin .

32kg full TGU, old school style, both sides very smoothly, multiple reps, good enough for me. Regular training, I usually use the 24kg kettlebells. Also do cycles and take breaks, and have Indian clubs too (mine are black metal, 5lbs. each).

Yodean, try the wooden traditional oldtime clubbells, its really another universe than with the metal. The only

metallic clubbell I use is the bruiser of 20kg, for the power ballistic movements. But I really like my 5kg wooden

clubbells, the varieties of multiplanar movements flows you can do with it is fantastic. Try it.

You can buy beautiful clubbells from this english guy
