The Ukrainian FA wants Tymoshchuk to be punished for his perceived silence amid the country's ongoing military conflict with Russia by having his international caps struck off and his coaching licence revoked.

A large number of former and current national team players have come forward to oppose the war and pledge support to civilians since Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered the invasion, but Tymoshchuk has now been accused of working "for the club of the aggressor".
"I don't know about Tymoshchuk, you need to ask him. Hard to comment but it’s weird (why he hasn’t) - I think it’s not right," Malinovskyi, who has won 45 caps for Ukraine, tweeted last week.

"It’s 100% the case that he’s no longer (or ever will be) a legend of Ukraine football.

"His previous achievements have been forgotten."
This is an extra step in the level of fascism to be expected in the West from now on. Not only do you get canceled if you say the “wrong” thing, but now you’re also getting canceled if you don’t go out of your way to say the “right” thing.

Soon, it won't be enough to just keep your opinion to yourself and stay out of the spotlight.

Some businesses now force their Russian customers to sign a declaration akin to an acknowledgment of treason against their country. If those documents were ever made public, these people would probably be prosecuted in Russia. (Sadly it's not a joke, some western businesses have already implemented that in Georgia, including the largest bank...)

Now it's Russians. And Ukrainians who don't speak loudly enough against Russia. Who's next?

One could argue it has always been like this but social media has exposed that in general governments treat you like cattle

What’s amusing is that the people I know are emotionally disturbed, worse than the Covid hysteria and that’s always music to my ears.

SOL wrote: Fri Mar 11, 2022 9:06 am This is quite an interesting turn of events.

Rep. Madison Cawthorn, R-N.C., called Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky a "thug" at a campaign event over the weekend.

"Remember that Zelensky is a thug," Cawthorn said in a video obtained by WRAL. "Remember that the Ukrainian government is incredibly corrupt and is incredibly evil and has been pushing woke ideologies."

The 26-year-old Cawthorn’s statement is a deviation from mainstream Republican support of Zelensky and the Ukrainian people as they defend themselves against the Russian invasion, but it echoes comments made at the first impeachment trial of then-President Donald Trump.

“We’re talking Ukraine … one of the three most corrupt countries on the planet,” Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, said at the first hearing. “Corruption is not just prevalent in Ukraine — it’s the system!”

Trump was impeached for attempting to blackmail Zelensky shortly after the Ukrainian president took office, in a call to him in 2019. Democrats argued that Trump had threatened to condition U.S. military aid to Ukraine on a commitment from Zelensky to launch an investigation into Joe Biden, then a top candidate in the Democratic primary race.

Here's a long interview with Martin Armstrong that's worth a listen:

Here's Greg Hunter's introduction:

In his USAWatchdog.com interview just two weeks ago, legendary financial and geopolitical cycle analyst Martin Armstrong said, The New World Order’s so-called ‘Great Reset’ plan for humanity is ‘falling apart,’ and pointed out, “They are basically desperate at this stage. I don’t think they anticipated the amount of resistance they are getting.”

The Russian invasion of Ukraine is enormous resistance to the New World Order plans. Armstrong, who has new data from his Socrates computer analysis, is out with a fresh critical update. Armstrong explains, “It’s just total insanity. They are, really at this stage, completely collapsing the world economy. You have Apple and all these companies; there are over 300 American companies in Russia. Their assets are going to be seized. They are all now in a panic mode to get out, and you are going to see the same situation with China. This is insane. It really is insane, and you just don’t do this. I can’t believe these governments have listened to this sort of advice. It’s really, really disastrous. What creates world peace is not nuclear weapons. It’s economic, basically. As long as everybody benefits, then you are not going to bite the hand that feeds you. When you start cutting off trade on both sides, you are wiping out the global economy. That is what has provided world peace since WWII. . . . By 2023, I don’t see this backing off. Once you have undermined the global financial economy, you have removed the benefits and then it does turn to war.”

Armstrong sees a “serious problem with a war cycle in early 2023” but hopes it does not go full nuclear. The financial war has already gone nuclear.

Before the end of this year, Armstrong’s “Socrates” computer program sees a “panic cycle” for the 2022 mid-term elections, mainly for the Democrats. Armstrong explains more about this in the interview.

Armstrong says inflation is here to stay, and it’s going to be huge in some areas. Armstrong sees gasoline rising to $8 to $10 per gallon sometime in 2023. Armstrong says buy everything you think you will need because it will never be cheaper, and it may not even be there in the future at any price. Food is high on Armstrong’s list, and he says have good old fashion cash on hand because of cyber-attacks and power outages that he sees coming in some areas. Armstrong also sees an average of 25% inflation by 2024. This, again, is according to his “Socrates” computer program. Armstrong says “the commodity cycle will take off in 2024.” Armstrong sees everything going up in price, and that includes gold and silver. Interest rates will also be headed up, and the stock market is not going to do well in a trend that sees interest rates rising.

Armstrong says communism is what the New World Order really wants. Armstrong says, “The globalists want communism, but the problem with communism is it does not work—period.”

Armstrong blames the western world leaders for the mess the world is in today. Armstrong says, “It’s their fault. . . .This is the worst crop of world leaders I have ever seen, and I have been consulting governments for 40 years. . . . The level of stupidity on the world stage is stunning.”

Armstrong is also predicting the“civil unrest will not only continue, but “it will get much worse.”

To expand on a couple of points:

Seizure of Private Russian Assets:

He suggests Bill Browder is behind this. You can search on Armstrong Economics for a more details of the sordid history of Browder, Safra and Hermitage Capital and the attempt to blackmail Yeltsin (which brought Putin to power) and hence Browder's animus towards Putin. And how Browder with the aid of McCain engineered the Magnitsky Act in Congress.

Barring Russia from SWIFT:

He points out that Obama tried to get SWIFT to do this during the Syrian conflict but was rejected but what had changed this time was a new CEO of SWIFT in 2019. Not only was there a new CEO in 2019 but the whole management team changed over through 2021 and SWIFT is listed as a WEF partner.

What it Means that Russian Businesses Can Now Legally Steal Intellectual Property from ‘Unfriendly Countries

Russian businesses now hold the key to pilfering, producing and profiting from western technologies. As of Monday, March 7, the Russian government has legalized intellectual property (IP) theft. With this move, businesses in Russia can now violate IP rights, as they no longer need to compensate patent holders from “unfriendly countries.” The list of “unfriendly countries” includes the United States, Canada, Australia, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, the United Kingdom, Japan, South Korea, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan and all 27 European Union (EU) member countries.

Russia has faced growing isolation from the Western world following President Vladmir Putin’s invasion of Ukraine. The United States, EU member countries and others recently initiated sanctions against Russia and have enacted crippling trade limitations. Currently, Russia is sufficiently meeting its supply and demand needs for agriculture, energy and natural resources. However, Russia’s isolation and growing lack of skilled producers have led to a stark decrease in technological production and innovation.

The Russian Decree
Unsurprisingly, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin of Russia signed a decree establishing significant changes in the compensation structure for businesses that use or create inventions without the inventor’s consent. Patent holders in the “unfriendly countries” will now receive 0% of the profits from the production, sale and use of their inventions by Russian entities.

Patent infringment can have disastrous effects on western businesses and inventors, as Russian businesses can now replicate inventions and use copyrighted materials without consequences. The enabling disclosure requirement of patent law requires that patent holders explain their inventions in sufficient detail so that someone skilled in the art can make and use the invention. This essentially means that Russian firms can access publicly available patent databases and practice the patents to boost struggling technological production.

Although the Kremlin has not yet issued legislation regarding free piracy of copyrighted works and trademark infringement, it is only a matter of time before it does. In fact, authorities from Russia’s Ministry of Economic Development have suggested lifting protections on trademark laws in recent weeks. Legalization of trademark infringement and copyright piracy would allow Russia to operate and profit from Western businesses and services which have suspended operations in Russia due to the invasion of Ukraine. This would lead to wasted western business efforts, as the proposed measures would mitigate the current supply chain breaks entirely. The exploitation of American brand names is inherently undemocratic and counter to the United States’ ideals.

The Impact
The consequences of IP piracy and theft on western businesses and western economies might not be felt right away, as Russia can’t increase technological production in the short run, but the effects will become apparent over time. It’s likely that Russian businesses will capitalize on the opportunity for IP infringement and piracy and continue to violate patent holder rights even if global tensions deescalate.

One of the measures we warned that Russia could implement to deal with the sanctions the West imposed is in play and China must be paying attention very closely for they could use this Nuclear option and cause 10X more damage to the West. The west has overplayed their hand and just revealed their Achilles heel

We have looked for dozens of sources for news on the Russian and Ukraine war. It's funny maybe Ironic that only this channel so far (major news media) in India seems to provide a balanced view of what is going on. Listen to the Portuguese professor he seems to have a good take on the situation

This Video explains why US has been falling and why we have so many non-critical thinkers in our midst. It comes down to education, specifically math and science and the US ranks well below nation nations like China, India, Vietnam, Russia, etc

That's part of the story, but a very small part, imo.

A lot of modern science the way it is currently taught is pretty much bogus, and is a subtle expression of government propaganda. Math is great, but does not necessarily crossover into critical thinking - a lot of great mathematicians are Sheep, just like most who aren't that great at math.

Critical thinking involves independent thought - the ability to take a rational stand regarding a specific issue against the crowd.

To some extent my sense is that the potential for this is inborn - either you have it, or you don't - but modern education generally does its very best to discourage independent thinking, i.e. "deviant or eccentric thinking."

It takes a certain degree of effort, beyond pure IQ, to go against the Herd. You will lose the approval of so-called friends and possibly family members if you engage in critical thinking consistently. Much easier to follow the mainstream narratives, and quote some "expert," or socially-accepted "authority" figure.

Some of the most obedient Sheep I know did pretty well in academics, overall. Not really specific to race or country of origin.
