oversold on the monthly. On the weekly MACD crossing imminent.

I have been very successful swing trading that position over many months. Congrats on waiting as REITs appear to be a likely benefactor of an eventual rate cut plus the boss likes real estate!

Well Mark, its pure coincidence. I had a lot of cash with my SBSW trade, and only INTC and MPW were in the buy recommandations at this moment. For the two, monthly MACD are way oversold with strong positive divergence.
And for MPW, short % of Float (7/31/2025) is 41% !! high bearish sentiment with potential for a short squeeze.
Wait and see ......
